After a day of exploring this wonderful mesh of a neighborhood, come home to Scala to experience a delightful retreat for your stay in Barcelona. Spanning 67 square meters, Scala features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy queen size bed. One of the bedrooms is thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workstation, providing a quiet space for work or study. The other bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, offering an added level of privacy and convenience. Apart from the ensuite bathroom, this apartment features a second detached bathroom equipped with high-quality fixtures and amenities. The living room in Scala is a stylish and comfortable space where you can unwind and relax. The beautifully tiled floors and sandy color scheme add to the beach-house feel of the apartment. Kick back on the comfortable seating while enjoying the full entertainment system, perfect for catching up on your favorite movies or TV shows. A well-appointed dining table is also provided, allowing you to enjoy meals with your loved ones in a cozy and inviting setting that looks out onto the French balcony. The fully furnished kitchen offers all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
