This villa is ideal for families with children as well as for those looking for relaxation and seclusion. Built on a large property, it is one of three adjacent villas all constructed according to traditional Cycladic architectural style. All three properties belong to the same owner and only this one is rented out, thus ensuring privacy.
The villa covers 122 m2 extending on two floors, in a terrain of 9000 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 2 living rooms offering sofa beds, served by 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors there is a large terrace and balcony with sea view, a garden and direct access to the beach.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
