Sire rests in the heart of the Almagro neighborhood, a prime location for museums, monuments, and all things culture.
Step through the stunning handcrafted built-in’s to reveal a luxurious living space. Sire toys with organic shapes as shown through the ovular nesting tables and artisanal wooden wall pieces displayed in the living area. Beyond design, this living-dining area avows to an array of uses. Before the plush seating arrangement, a dedicated workstation inspires thought with a branded record player and ergonomic setup.
Veer to the right of the entrance to find a delightful dining area. This four-person dining table befits an intimate dinner party with its comfort and conversational design pieces.
Just past the dining room is Sire’s kitchen. Modernity takes on a new meaning with sleek cabinetry and contemporary appliances. A breakfast bar tops the space. The kitchen comes with all the necessary utensils. Stock up on Madrid flavors, with the spacious pantry.

Across the hall is the first bathroom. Touches of greenery complement the clean color palette. A walk-in shower concludes the space.
The last door on the right leads to the second bedroom. Soothing beiges are carried throughout the room from the warm pendant lighting to the layered, creamy textiles covering the queen-sized bed.
