This neighborhood gives a taste of the upscale lifestyle with plenty of galleries and delightful culinary experiences just outside your front door. After a day of exploring, come home to Mare for absolute indulgence. Spanning an impressive 150 square meters, Mare features four double bedrooms, each adorned with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for every guest. The master bedroom boasts a convenient ensuite bathroom, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. There are also one and half detached bathrooms to ensure that everyone has a place to bathe and get ready for their days. The living room is a welcoming space designed for relaxation and entertainment. The deep blue hues and the use of reflective surfaces add a touch of the relaxing ocean to the space. Enjoy cozy evenings in the comfortable seating area while watching your favorite shows on the full entertainment system, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find the dining room, complete with a dining table and a dedicated workstation. This area offers the ideal setting to enjoy delicious meals or catch up on work while basking in the natural light that filters through the balcony’s large glass doors. Speaking of the balcony, step outside to find a charming outdoor sitting area, where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, taking in the fresh breeze and city views. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals, and even includes a second dining table to indulge in a quick bite. Mare is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities such as air conditioning, ensuring your comfort during your stay, no matter the season. Additionally, the building boasts a doorman, providing you with added security and convenience during your visit. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
