Spanning 73 square meters, Olivo presents a spacious layout that maximizes both comfort and functionality. The bedroom boasts a cozy queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Barcelona’s many attractions. The decor shelf filled with dried plants and prairie living era items, along with the hanging lamps, gives the space a grassland feel. Olivo also features one well-appointed bathroom that provides convenience and privacy to get ready for your day. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is the heart of the apartment, exuding a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sitting area invites you to unwind and relax, while the entertainment system offers hours of enjoyment and relaxation. From the living room, step out onto the charming terrace, where you’ll find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable lounging area. It’s the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee, indulge in a delicious meal, or simply bask in the Mediterranean sun. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, and the counter-top doubles as a dining table, providing a delightful space for enjoying your culinary creations. Additionally, a dedicated workstation opposite the dining table allows you to stay connected and productive during your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to this issue. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
