Casa La Laguna is the definitive Los Cabos luxury beachfront Private Resort. Located on a semi-private beach, this 7 bedroom luxury Private Resort provides a professional, caring staff of 12, including amazing gourmet chef, assistant chef, 2 in-villa butlers daily from 11:00am-11:00pm and the rest of our world class team whom are all involved in the guest experience, in-villa world class spa at very fair rates, gym, media room, in-villa concierge services during your stay, and one round trip airport transfer, all included in the rate! We’re nearly the only 7 bedroom beachfront villa in all of Los Cabos, this is a gourmet full service Private Resort included in the rate. All other villas are villa with housekeeping only. So you need to add $900+ per day just for chef, assistant chef, and butler if outsourced, with no guarantee of quality. So once you arrive, you’ll only be responsible for Food & Drink, Spa fees, and gratuities.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
