This little cabin is a secret gem in Sunriver! Welcome to 17 Antelope. Recently remodeled in December of 2021, this charming, mid-century cabin, has fresh paint (2023), updated finishes, and modern furnishings.
You will feel like you’re in your own little vacation oasis on our completely private deck encircled by treetops of the surrounding pines and the glow of string lights at night. The deck doubles your living space with an outdoor dining table (seating for 6), gas grill, 4 Adirondack chairs around a cozy gas fire table, space heater for chilly nights, and a sunken hot tub that’s been cleaned before each guest. We have blankets to keep you cozy outside in our shed. Plug in your electric car at our own Level 2 EV charger available exclusively for our guests.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- This rental has limited parking spaces. The HOA does not allow RV’s, trailers, or boats in the driveway at any time. Quiet hours in Sunriver are from 10:00pm -7:00am. County ordinance does not allow over occupancy at any time due to fire code regulations.
