Villa Hair is located 45 km east from Heraklion Airport at the North-East coast of Crete. It is built in a beautiful private olive grove with stunning mountain views, only 500 meters from the sea and the picturesque fishing village of Sisi. Sisi stands apart from the neighbouring noisy and crowded Malia. The inner soul of Sisi becomes apparent when you reach the lovely little port in the rich, blue sea surrounded by the beach, local fish tavernas and a few authentic bars. In Sisi life flows in a much more easy and calm pace. To swim, Milatos beach is 5 min drive, Sisi beach is 7 min drive and the large famous beach at Malia is 10 min drive. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
