Villa Ura is located above Ligaria’s coastline with unobstructed views of the beach and of the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia. Specifically it is located in the wider area of Agia Pelagia, within a sixteen acre estate complete with three hundred olive trees, fifty almonds, prickly pear trees and many other trees native to Crete. This 11-bedroomed villa totally renovated in 2022, fully air-conditioned, able to sleep up to 22/26 guests, is a superb example of Greek hospitality. The grounds surrounding and the location of the villa offer total privacy to the property, therefore are the perfect retreat for large groups looking for a relaxing holiday under the Cretan sun.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
