Spanning 73 square meters, Jaiz features two tastefully furnished double bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen-size bed. The bedrooms provide a serene haven where you can unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploration. The hanging light features and wooden beams evoke a feeling of mountain serenity from within the bedrooms. The apartment offers a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The living room in Jaiz is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. It features a dedicated workstation, providing a space where you can catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones. The dining table offers an inviting setting for enjoying meals together or planning your itinerary for the day. As you relax in the living room, you can easily access the expansive terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. Drawing inspiration from the majestic Pyrenees, the design of the terrace embraces the serene beauty of the mountains, transporting you to a tranquil retreat within the bustling city. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
