This is a single story home backing up to a large, green, backyard area. You are about a block to the communal pool and tennis courts. One block to the La Quinta Hotel and Resort which has a World Class Spa. You will not have hotel resort privileges with this rental.
The beautiful living area is bright with lots of windows and features a large screen TV, and beautiful fireplace. A newly remodeled kitchen makes this house even nicer. The view of the surrounding mountains from the kitchen eating area is wonderful. The master suite has a private bath, flat screen TV and a King bed. One guest bedroom consists of a double bed and a sit to stand desk. The other guest room consists of a double bed, bunk beds, and ample desk space. This space is perfect for large groups...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
