Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • - The person making the booking must be staying at the house. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first.
  • - No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
  • - As this is a residential building please no noise between 10pm and 7am. The downstairs apartment is also an Airbnb so please be mindful of noise transfer.
  • - Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
  • - The house is for paying/staying guests. If you plan to have visitors at the house, please message me to request approval before you book.
  • - To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the house or drag anything including furniture and bags across the floor.
  • - No smokers/vapers/drugs and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $2000 will apply if the apartment smells or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/drug use.
