With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests, this spacious retreat promises an unforgettable beach experience. Upon entering, you’ll immediately be greeted by the inviting common area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a floating island and peninsula. The dining area seamlessly transitions from the kitchen’s eating space to a circular dining table, perfect for family meals. The living room boasts a large flat-screen TV and ample seating for guests, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door providing breathtaking views of the Gulf beyond the balcony. A dedicated laundry room is conveniently located next to the kitchen for added convenience. The SW King Suite offers guests a luxurious retreat with a king bed, large dedicated closet, TV, and private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower stall. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door provide direct access to the back covered porch and stunning views of the Gulfside beach. The NW Bedroom features two full beds, a dedicated closet, and TV, while the NE Queen Bedroom offers a queen bed, dedicated closet, and TV. A common bathroom with a double vanity and bathtub is located in the hall leading to the two northern bedrooms. Step outside onto Beach Bum’s large covered patio to enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulfside beach. The patio features an outdoor dining space and living area, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the sunset. All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen.
