Beautiful apartment in modern style, with a panoramic terrace and cozy interior, in a quiet area of Golfo Aranci.
The house, located on the ground floor of a residential building, is on two levels inside. The entrance opens onto the living area, which is cozy and well furnished, and features a dining table, satellite TV, and a large corner sofa. The window, which makes the room very bright, leads to the terrace furnished with an additional dining table. The kitchen is spacious and complete with all accessories including a dishwasher, oven, and Nespresso machine. Climbing a few steps leads to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms, all with queen-size beds, while one also features a single bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

Not far from the famous towns of the Costa Smeralda, Golfo Aranci is a pretty seaside resort at the foot of the Capo Figari promontory, known for its beautiful white sandy beaches. Contrary to what it might seem, there are no orange trees here; in fact, the name derives from a mistranslation from the Sardinian dialect ’Golfu di li Ranci’, meaning Gulf of Crabs. The village stretches out on a tongue of land in the middle of the sea overlooking the Gulf of Olbia, within a naturalistic oasis that is the habitat of mouflons and rare birds, ideal for diving and trekking. Embedded in the seabed is the MuMart, an underwater museum of contemporary art, which can also be visited by snorkelling. Completing the show is the Mizar submarine, from which one can admire an ’open sea’ aquarium.
The town, originally a fishing village, has undergone great tourist development and now presents itself as a village of colourful houses around which to stroll, shop and savour the golfaran cuisine, especially at Ferragosto during the fish festival.
Nearby attractions include Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina, the White Beach, Baia Caddinas and Marinella beach.
Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the port of Olbia are a 25-minute drive from the flat, while the port of Golfo Aranci is only 2 km away.
