This newly renovated home has everything you need for a family vacation or just a quick weekend getaway! Whether you plan to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, summer golf trip, or boutique shopping or fine dining. Located only 4 min drive or 18 min walk from the heart of Blue Mountain. This home has an open concept living room-dining area where your friends or family can cook, eat, and relax together. Take advantage of the outdoor heated pool in the summer or hot tub in the winter.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, and a Sunbeam coffee maker. Whatever you want to cook, we’ve got you covered. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings.
Living room
This freshly renovated living room is the perfect spot to enjoy company surrounded by bright open windows with a view of the ski hill.

Parking
The By-Law permits only one vehicle allowed in the driveway and one vehicle in the garage. If you have more than two vehicles, there is free parking at the Rivergrass Complex - 115 Fairway Court, Blue Mountains.
Pool and Hot Tub
The private pool is closed for the season. The hot tub is open year-round and is available for use between 7am-11pm (By-Law enforced).
*We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels. Please be advised that for stays longer than 3 days, a member of our team will need to stop by and inspect the pool during your stay to ensure it is still safe and enjoyable for your group. This is a mandatory service as failure to upkeep the pool could result in the pool becoming unusable (green).
