Spectacular 4 bedroom house with private bathrooms, swimming pool and 2 rooftops; located in the historic center of Cartagena. This wonderful house restored and decorated by a well known Colombian designer, has 1 master bedroom with king bed, large closet and private bathroom; 2 bedrooms with two queen beds and private bathroom; and 1 room with one queen bed and private bathroom.
On the first level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms, all in separate spaces and decorated with exclusive items. The pool is in the middle of the house calling in an atmosphere of enjoyment and relaxation. On the second level you will find another room a little more private, and on the third level is the master bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the pool and the interior of the house. On the fourth level you will find both of the rooftops with an unparalleled view.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight are required to be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
