Property Manager: Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom house located within easy walking distance to the heart of Bath. Boasting two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite for added comfort and privacy, this residence offers a perfect retreat for families or couples exploring this historic city.
This stylish Georgian worker’s cottage has two bedrooms, each with a very comfortable king-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom. There’s also a comfy sofa bed in the TV room.
The house was refurbished recently and includes fabulous art, designer furniture, a fully specified kitchen with instant boiling and chilled sparkling water. Your outside space consists of a courtyard and an unique tiled garden with great views, bordered by stunning roses.
Speaking of great views, directly behind the house is a Woodland Trust walk, taking you up to a spectacular panorama of the city from Alexandra Park. There are other great walks on your doorstep, including a riverside walk to Waitrose supermarket, canal access to the Bath Skyline, and the famous Two Tunnels.
And while this is a traditional Georgian Bath residence, it’s also set up for modern lifestyles. The wi-fi is 350mbs, there are Google smart devices in most rooms, a big, new 4K smart TV, a Peloton treadmill and a dedicated office overlooking the garden.
Guests will have sole access to the entire house and gardens.
Situated within walking distance to the vibrant city centre, guests can easily explore Bath’s rich history, from the iconic Roman Baths to the majestic Bath Abbey. Stroll along the quaint streets lined with boutique shops, cosy cafes, and traditional pubs, soaking in the charm of this historic city.

We have a Zone 3 resident’s parking permit that we can assign to you.
You can then park in all on-street resident-parking bays and all on-street pay-and-display bays within the Zone 3 parking zone - please note this may be further down the road.
Parents of very young children might not like their little ones downstairs whilst they are upstairs but we oldies love the downstairs bedroom.
The staircase is a little steep but nothing to worry about but just needs care.
If you are lucky enough to have sunny weather the garden is lovely for cocktails but the terracing and hard surfaces means it’s not a garden for children to play in. Not to worry about that as there is a dedicated play area for children just behind the house.
