This property does not have A/C. The outdoor furniture and full use of the deck may not be usable in winter time due to heavy snow. Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules. Note on Map Distances and Beaches: The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5–10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches. We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing’s notes section and is outside of our control.
