Welcome to Vista Hermosa! An 8 bedroom abode nestled up to the idyllic white sandy beach and beautiful tranquil turquoise water! The moment you enter the villa, you will experience a captivating view of the water and talc-white sand from many of the rooms. Vista Hermosa features 8 suites each with its own large private bathroom. There are 6 large king suites each with one king-size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 2 double queen suites, each with 2 queen-size beds.
Vista Hermosa boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining area that welcome your entire group to commune in one area; eat, relax, watch some TV after a day of sun and sand. Vista Hermosa is equipped with outdoor living and dining areas and a huge plunge pool. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- -Villa can accommodate up to 22 guests
- -Rates based on double occupancy
- -Extra guests exceeding the double occupancy are 75 USD per person per night + taxes ***for children under 5 years old there is no additional charge
- -Short term rentals are possible but have an extra nightly fee
- -Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)
- Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
- -Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by Property Manager
- A refundable damage deposit of $2,000USD in cash on arrival OR
- A non-refundable insurance fee of $199 USD, payable by credit card prior to arrival is required
- **The Chef's will shop and provide the groceries, guests are not permitted to bring their own groceries into the villa without prior permission
