We have wildlife, particularly kangaroos who we would want to remain undisturbed and which could potentially injure pets. We have external cameras at the property for security reasons. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
