Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Footsteps away from Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia, Tokashi is a modern 70 square meter apartment with 2 bedrooms, one bath and one balcony. The design echoes minimalism with sleek finishings, such as the unique block painting found across the walls. The entrance leads to an open plan living area fitted with a round dining table next to a lounge area. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances, finished with light vinyls. Across the hallway, find a bedroom equipped with a single-bed and a custom built desk for all remote working needs. The bathroom is modern with a full shower. The main bedroom, with queen-sized bed and ample storage space, leads to a balcony fitted with a small table and sitting area. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
