Reset and unwind at this spacious holiday escape nestled in Croatia’s heart-shaped peninsula - the ideal base to explore Western Istria.
Arranged over two floors, connected by an external staircase, the property comfortably sleeps six guests and enjoys the use of a shared pool and surrounding sun terrace. Ideally set up for alfresco living the house has a fenced garden with an outside seating area, a BBQ, deck chairs and an outdoor shower.
Inside, on the first floor, guests will find a spacious, open-plan living space furnished with a large L-shaped sofa bed, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a gas cooker hob, an american style coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. A covered terrace complete with comfortable seating provides an alfresco extension to the living space, accessed through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. On the lower ground floor, there is an additional dining room with an open-hearth fireplace. There is also a games console, a music stereo and a games library for family fun.

The property is conveniently located a short walk from the centre of the village of Kaštelir, in the western part of Istria, not far from the Adriatic coast. The surrounding area is known for its production of wine and olive oil and is full of vineyards, olive groves and agriculture. Guests will find a number of winemakers in and around Kaštelir including Pilato wines, a 6-minute drive away from the accommodation and Vina Deklić a 12-minute drive away.
Popular excursions nearby include a visit to the historic town of Porec known for its well-preserved Roman architecture or the small coastal town of Novigrad known for its historical charm, fishing traditions and relaxed atmosphere, both a 20-minute drive away.
Both the Aquapark Istralandia Waterpark and the Sky Fox Adrenaline Park are a 15-minute drive away and offer fun for all the family. For beach days visitors are spoilt for choice and will find numerous options dotted along the coast, each with its own unique character and within a 15-20-minute drive. The property is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the local supermarket, restaurants and cafes.
