Welcome to our 6 Bedroom Sea View Villa in Palaiokastro, Crete, which unfolds in three levels and blends wisely into the beautiful Heraklion landscape, offering complete privacy and impeccable sea views to its guests. It is an ideal hideaway to unwind while discovering Crete; an island where nature, history, and heart-warming hospitality meet. All interior and exterior spaces of the Villa are outlined in dialogue with the impressive sea views, creating indulging relaxing areas that celebrate the outgoing Mediterranean lifestyle. Built on an approximately 2,000 square meter plot, the Villa features an independent entrance, with an indoor elevator and outdoor staircase connecting its various levels. It can accommodate a maximum of 12 to 14 guests. The Villa itself spans 496 square meters, extending to 2,350 square meters when including the outdoor areas.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
