Couves Villa is a newly built villa located just 500 meters away from the lively settlement of Almyrida and its sandy beach. The stunning Villa features its own private pool, kids’ pool, BBQ facilities, two hot tubs, home cinema and pool table,electrical car charger and many more amenities. The villa gives its guests the possibility of extra cleaning upon request. The space consists of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, living room, dining room, home cinema area and billiards. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, children’s pool, bbq facilities and two hot tubs one next to the pool and the second at the rooftop with spectacular view!
The use of pool heating system will cost additional (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one-week advance notice).

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
