What seems like a little cottage from the outside is anything but when you walk through the front door, large open plan living space, leading into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Down the hall way to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Large Air con unit located in the hallway that keeps the bedrooms cool on those barmy hot days. Bedroom one: King Bed with ensuite Bedroom Two: Queen bed Bedroom three: Queen Adult bunks Outdoor dining area. BBQ Fully fenced yard Gated back yard and carport so you can bring the boat and jet ski and have them securely off the street. Main bathroom with bath and separate toilet, master bedroom with new ensuite Washing machine. Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.
