For our beachgoer guests, the beach entrance to Anna Maria’s sandy, white beaches are approximately 40 steps away. Bean Point Residence Unit B, the lower level of a two-unit home, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Modern amenities include stainless steel appliances and up-to-date kitchen cabinets. The eat-in kitchen, overlooking the family room, creates a welcoming and inclusive space for gatherings and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 also features a king-size bed and uses the hallway bathroom. There’s a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Kindly be aware that the pool and outside area is shared with the lower level.
Walk through the laundry room that houses a washer and dryer and you’ll step outside to the backyard that has a large heated pool and spa, perfect after a day at the beach. There are lounge chairs, a grill, an outdoor dining table and even a ping-pong table...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
