Located super close to Storyland, Attitash and North Conway, our home is a great landing spot for all outdoor activities and adventures. We’ve got plenty of space for the whole family to come and make memories!!

Our home is right in Rocky River’s backyard! Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can access Attitash, Storyland and other attractions within minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

House rules

  • Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
  • - No renters making the reservation under 25
  • - No smoking in the house
  • - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
  • - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
  • - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)
  • - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
  • - Respect the neighbors
