Allamanda house sits on a 1 acre secluded lush tropical forest filled with palm trees in the quiet yet convenient area of beautiful Malindi. On arrival, you are greeted with a warm and personal welcome. The charming and attentive staff go out of their way to ensure that every stay here is as memorable, comfortable and well taken care of as best as possible.
As you drive in, you will find surroundings of lush greenery which automatically puts you in holiday mode. As you walk into the space, you will see the majestic pool that fills the centre of the courtyard where one can swim day or night and commune with the sun, moon and stars while being surrounded by the green manicured garden. The lovely designed home draws on modern and Swahili influences, and has been furnished and decorated with taste and style just for your comfort

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Smoking in the house is not permitted, however in designated areas and in the garden is okay.
- There might be other guests on the premises, so please be respectful and keep the noise down to an appropriate level.
