79 Kingston Dunes – Shipyard Sanctuary!
Shipyard Sanctuary is a stunning six-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath designer home—an easy walk or bike ride to the beach! The main-level common area is wheelchair accessible, and one bedroom and bath are also designed for accessibility.
The main level features a spacious great room with an all-new kitchen, large island seating four, a roomy dining area, and a family space with a big-screen TV. A half bath adds convenience.
Three bedrooms on the main floor each have ensuite bathrooms and are set apart for privacy. The primary suite at the back has a king bed and double-vanity bath with shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and tub/shower combo. The third, fully wheelchair accessible, includes an adjustable queen bed and accessible bath with grab bars and roll-in shower.
Upstairs, the brand-new second level includes three bedrooms and a bonus room. The first has a king bed and ensuite with shower; the second has two extra-long twin beds (no closet); and the third is a bunk room with four built-in bunks. The large bonus room offers a big-screen TV, plenty of seating, and a dry bar with microwave and beverage fridge. A hall bath with tub/shower completes the floor.
Outdoors, enjoy the private pool (heatable for a fee) and expanded deck. Play corn hole, dine alfresco, or relax in the hammock or Adirondack chairs. This beautiful home in the quiet, private Shipyard community is the perfect retreat—just minutes from the beach, Coligny Plaza, and Shelter Cove.

- Pick up pet waste from all common areas and properties.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind within Shipyard.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Motorcycles and mopeds are prohibited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
