<p>Located just a 15-minute walk from Ayia Napa we find the pretty Nissini Villa 5. Ideal for those wanting to be close to the resort, whilst still a distance away from the crowds for a relaxing holiday in the sun. With a wrap-around terrace and alfresco dining, Nissini 5 is ideal for a day by the pool whilst the Cypriot sun shines high in the sky. Reclining sun loungers are ideal for a spot of sunbathing along with this year’s must-read and a homemade cocktail or two. </p>
<p>Inside, a white-washed living room and kitchen provide a cool spot away from the midday sun, as it comes complete with cold air conditioning and cosy seating. A six-seater dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave and even a washing machine. We find all three bedrooms on the first floor, a master double with a balcony, ideal for a morning coffee as the sun starts to shine, another double and a twin room....

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
