The front of the home exudes charm with the brick exterior, lots of trees, a water fountain, large lawn, and gorgeous landscaping. Feel free to park your cars under the carport to keep them in the shade and away from any rain. The living area is a standout with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, lending a bright and airy atmosphere. Stand in the middle of the living area and you can get great views on both sides — the water fountain in the spacious front yard or the sparkling pool in your backyard. The room is luxurious yet cozy, accented with the classy sofas, rug, and décor. Plus, you’ll love cozying up by the beautiful fireplace. A more casual hangout spot is the second living area on the upper floor that comes equipped with cushy furniture and a foosball table. And a sweet extra this home offers is your very own movie room with comfy sectional sofa and movie posters decorating the walls! The kitchen has lots of counterspace, beautiful tiles, and stainless-steel appliances. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the covered parking and 4 cars in the uncovered parking. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Thank you very much for your understanding.
