Casa degli Aranci is a splendid villa with pool along Sicily’s eastern coast, near Avola. Surrounded by a well-kept, luxuriant garden with lawn, the villa boasts a large terrace with outdoor kitchen equipped for al fresco dining and a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace. At the guests’ disposal also the villa facilities, which include the pergola with garden furniture and the kids outdoor play area. Its comfortable interior is furnished with contemporary taste and great attention to detail and comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The ground floor includes a spacious living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the lower floor are two further bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitness room and a laundry room. In the annex there is the sixth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Ideal property for a pleasant, relaxing family holiday with the kids, Casa degli Aranci is also an excellent base to explore the enchanting surrounding area. From the close sandy beach of Gallina with the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserve to the Vendicari reserve, from the typical village of Marzamemi to the charming baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa.
