This modern and fully furnished home is ready to welcome you and your family on your next vacation trip to the Orlando Champions Gate area. Very beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind, this large home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Please note: all living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen are located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. POOL TOWELS - Property Manager does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. This resort has two fantastic clubhouses: The Retreat Club – 9035 Leopard Crk Dr, Davenport, FL 33896 (located right in front of the house, closed Mondays and Tuesdays) The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate – 1520 Oasis Club, Champions Gate Blvd, ChampionsGate, FL 33896 (a 6-minute drive away) Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest; one (1) garbage bag. Linens and towels, however, it is the responsibility of the guest to wash them after each use because we do not provide new linens or towels for longer stays. Please note washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.
