"Island Time" is a newly renovated, 2 bed 2 bath condo located in the gated La Brisa Condominium complex. Situated directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, you are just steps away from Smathers Beach and break-taking water views. Experience unparalleled tranquility on your private balcony with salt pond views, or relax by the resort-style pool and hot tub to pass the time. Head downtown, a short 10 minute drive away, to enjoy world famous Duval St and all that comes with it.
From your first step inside, find yourself in the large, upgraded kitchen space that is a part of the open floor plan. To your left, find new appliances and plenty of space to cook and entertain your group. To your right, find the entrance to the first bathroom and bedroom that sleeps up to four guests - with two full beds. Here, you will also find the laundry closet that is equipped with a full size washer & dryer.

La Brisa condominium complex is located in the Midtown Neighborhood of Key West along the island's southern coast. You can smell the ocean breeze from the property which is a short distance to Smathers Beach - Key West's largest and most popular beach. One of the quieter areas of Key West, this neighborhood is just a short walk to the nearest dog park and the White Street Pier. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
