📝 NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the backyard pool area along with the right side of the building which includes the second and third floors. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome one small dog (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 per week pet fee—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Please reach out prior to booking so we can help make your pup’s stay just as wonderful as yours.
