Monarch Villa is part of the Casa De Mariposa duplex and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, or amenities with the adjoining unit. Your rental includes access to the pool area and the left side of the building (facing from Calle Del Invierno), including the first, second, and third floors. Please contact us with any questions about the shared space before booking. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This home has stairs, if any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations.
