This unit can accommodate up to four guests making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Tampa Bay! There were no details spared in the recent renovation of this Historic building! In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter kit of coffee supplies! The primary bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed and a private office space in the room next door. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you’ll find brand new compact laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets. With free high speed WiFi, a smart TV with basic cable and streaming apps, and super comfortable nectar mattresses you might just not want to leave! Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to unit. Guests will also receive a 4 digit access code to the building. Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking. - PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. - SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds.
