Please note you may experience noise especially on weekends due to the home's proximity to Centro Ybor, once you book with us we assume you understand the noise that may come along with staying in this property. We supply white noise machines in both bedrooms for your use to mitigate any excess noise "Casa Padron" lies in a safe neighborhood that boasts several newly constructed homes. Take advantage of the newly opened coffee shop - just down the street - or stroll down to the dog park with your furry friend! Please be advised, though, guests may experience noise on the weekends due to its proximity to nearby restaurants and bars.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Pets: 2 dog maximum, pet fee is $15 per pet, per night.
