Maximum one boat per slip. - There is no power or pump out service to the slips. - The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate. How to Access: Stair access only the home is elevated above sea level. Travel by car, boat, or plane to our luxury estate. The driveway allows parking for up to 3 vehicles and your boat trailer. If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island. Rent a golf cart, scooter, moke or bike for the day to explore the area.
