Silver Suite is located in a very walkable neighborhood and guests who frequent this location can typically find everything they need within a 20-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants, beach bars, shops, pharmacies, and convenience stores within walking distance of your rental home. Bicycle rentals are available nearby and might be a good idea since there is only paid street parking available for vehicles. The nearest beach access is about a 10-minute walk away.
- PARKING: please note that there is no on-site parking at this unit. There is paid street parking only.
- PETS: non-aggressive pets are welcome. A pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged.
- SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
- WASHER & DRYER: this unit does not have a private washer or dryer. There is a shared washer & dryer in the outdoor common area that you can use free of charge.
