The Home
This condo sleeps six and very family friendly. We will accept 2 small dogs only under 15 pounds. This is a first floor condo that overlooks the pools and a short step to the poolside restaurant. This is a spacious condo with a lovely private terrace with BBQ. The condo is only 25 minutes from LIR airport. There is also the Pacifico Beach Club on the beach for a small fee. This is walking distance to town, beach and more. You have the option to rent a car or golf cart. Great condo!
In the Master Bedroom you will find a King bed with en-suite with a shower and walk-in closet, plus a tv in the bedroom. The second bedroom is a Queen Bed with closet and TV. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the third bedroom with two twin beds and TV. There is a private laundry and very equipped kitchen. There are beach chairs as well.
Guests will have access to all the condo and private terrace.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Two small dogs are permitted if well-behaved and under 15 pounds. We will need a photo of each dog. A $200 deposit is required with the dogs that will be returned within 3 days after there is no damage. There is no smoking of any substance at any time in or on the terrace. Please follow the pool rules and community rules at all time. If at any time you are not following the rules of the community and are asked to leave, you will not be refunded any funds. We also provide shampoos, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and paper towels plus cleaning supplies but these are not unlimited. The beach club where you have access to enter is $25 per person per day and the $25 is used as food/drink credit. Thank you!
