Two beautifully designed living areas allow for guests to separate and enjoy multiple activities – whether it be conversation or family games and movies. All living areas, inside and outside, are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure guests’ comfort during all seasons. The garage is also furnished with an additional refrigerator, ping-pong table and electric vehicle charger.
The extended lower patio wall and awning give this patio additional privacy for guests while enjoying the private hot tub, fire pit, comfortable lounge seating, and BBQ dinners.
