Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Welcome to Riu, a spacious and stylish mountain themed apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Avenidas Novas in Lisbon. The prime location makes Riu within easy reach of Lisbon’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. With its generous 111 square meters of living space, Riu offers a comfortable and convenient stay for families, groups, or business travelers.
Featuring three double bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a dedicated workstation, Riu is designed to cater to your comfort and productivity needs. The two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, come complete with bathtubs for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring the city. The external balcony, which can be accessed through two of the bedrooms, offers a perfect spot to enjoy the morning sunshine or unwind with a book in the evening.
The open plan living room and kitchen area provide a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning throughout the apartment, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season.

We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
