Pescaia boasts two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed that promises restful nights and balcony access. One of the bedrooms offers the luxury of an ensuite bathroom, complete with a relaxing bathtub. The second detached bathroom is chic and functional in design. The heart of Pescaia is its inviting living room, a space carefully curated with beach design theme to create a soothing ambiance, evoking relaxation of a seaside getaway. An entertainment system ensures leisure and enjoyment, while the dedicated workstation allows you to stay productive.The dining table offers the perfect setting for meals and gatherings. From the living room, step out onto the balcony that offers outdoor sitting space. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The parking space ensures your convenience, making your exploration of Lisbon and beyond hassle-free. The individual air conditioning in all rooms ensures a cool and refreshing indoor environment. Pescaia also offers disability-adapted access, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the charm and comfort of this delightful retreat. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
