Spacious apartment on three levels, just a few steps from the clock tower and the lakeside of Salò.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is modern and tastefully furnished. The entrance leads into the cozy living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, two bookshelves and a wardrobe with TV. The kitchen is independent and well equipped, with oven, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. An internal staircase leads to the upper floors, where there are three bedrooms: the first and second are furnished with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a large closet and a chest of drawers, the third with a single bed and a bridge wardrobe. Two bathrooms with showers complete the apartment.
Guests have access to amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and independent heating for colder days.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
