Byron Blisshouse provides multiple accommodation options situated directly across from the stunning Belongil Beach. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or extended families wanting to stay together while enjoying private spaces. When booking the Penthouse, guests have exclusive access to this space only, with no access to the Garden Villa or Studio.
The entire property is fully fenced with separate entrances and gates between each section, ensuring complete privacy.
Penthouse:
This elegant 2-storey, 3-bedroom Penthouse offers open, light-filled spaces with contemporary design. The open plan kitchen and living area is surrounded by expansive sun-drenched timber decks, multiple entertainment zones, BBQ facilities, and a private plunge pool.
Sleeping:
The master loft bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite with French doors opening onto a private balcony. The second bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite. The 3rd bedroom overlooks the pool area and includes 2 twin singles. A 3rd bathroom provides additional guest convenience.
The Penthouse’s romantic atmosphere makes it particularly sought-after by couples and honeymooners, while also perfectly accommodating families or couples holidaying together for up to 6 guests.

With this premium location and stunning property, guests can relax completely or, for the more adventurous, take a leisurely beach stroll into town to experience the best of Byron Bay.

- Guest Information: Full names, mobile numbers & contact details for all guests and their parents/guardians are required.
- Age Requirement: The majority of the group must be 18 years or older.
- Strict Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am. No early arrivals or late departures.
- No Visitors: Only registered, paying guests are allowed on the property at any time.
- Noise Restrictions: Strict no-noise and no-party policy applies. Security call-outs may result in a $300 fee or eviction.
- Security Deposit: $350 per person (minimum $1,000), refundable after a satisfactory inspection. Credit card only (1.9% surcharge).
- Cancellation Policy: Standard cancellation terms apply.
