Reviews
- Quiet escape with a great village atmosphere, minutes walking distance to local shops/cafe and the beach. Nice furnishings and touches that made for a relaxing getaway. (Reg, May 2022)
- The apartment exceeded our expectations as was very homely, clean and quite cosy. The bed was super comfy and the surrounds were really quiet I slept until 2pm the first day in must of needed the break. Thanks again for all your help and please pass on our gratitude and thanks to the owners for such an amazing apartment they have. (Pete and Des, October 2015)
- Gorgeous, relaxed, chilled getaway. Beautifully decorated, with a Balinese theme and gorgeous little touches like incense, candles, big soft fluffy towels, a great range of DVDs and amazing sound system. A private Jacuzzi was the cherry on an already amazing cake. Pristine clean, amazingly comfy bed and so quiet at night. Only a short 5 minute stroll to the beach where we watched the sunrise. Lots of footy trips in Byron so we were happy to stay slightly out, but its still only a short 7 min drive to the CBD. (Sue, October 2015)

The town's main beach, with its iconic lighthouse perched on the headland, is a focal point for visitors. The beach itself is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and of course, surfing, with waves that cater to all skill levels.
Byron Bay's surf culture is legendary, and there are numerous surf schools where beginners can learn to catch their first wave. For experienced surfers, the Pass offers long, peeling waves that make for an unforgettable ride. Beyond the beach, the town is surrounded by lush rainforests and rolling hills, providing ample opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the area's natural beauty.
The town's streets are lined with boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants that showcase local produce and creativity. The Byron Bay Markets, held on the first Sunday of each month, are a treasure trove of local crafts, live music, and delicious food, reflecting the town's strong community vibe and commitment to sustainability.
Byron Bay also has a thriving wellness scene, with numerous retreats, yoga studios, and spas where visitors can unwind and rejuvenate. The town's holistic approach to health and well-being is evident in its many organic eateries and health-focused establishments.
