Our bright and spacious apartment of 101 square meters is a hidden gem for couples, families and groups of friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It is recently renovated and fully equipped.
It’s located in the heart of Malaga, next to San Juan church that you can see from 4 balconies. You will have the most important attractions at your fingertips, as well as a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants.
Every detail of this apartment has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its cutting edge design, multiple big windows and high ceilings create a very luminous and welcoming atmosphere.
As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, armchairs, a smart TV and a sound system. There are 3 big windows with small balconies facing the street, where you can enjoy the view on the church San Juan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juice maker, crockery, and everything you need. The dining area in front of the kitchen has a big table for 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment:
- The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a closet, a double bed, and a big window with blinders facing the inner patio.
- The second bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table, a mirror, and a big window with a balcony facing the street.
- The third bedroom with glass walls and blinders has a double bed and is facing the inner patio.
The main bathroom is spacious and bright, with a window facing the inner patio.
The apartment occupies the entire third floor of a building without elevator. It has a historical legacy, as for the last 20 years it used to be the main office of the city’s basketball team, Unicaja Malaga.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home.
The location of an apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have a view of a square and the church of San Juan Bautista. You will also have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:
- 4 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.
The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.
The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 6 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.
There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you want to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.

- Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system.
- Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.
- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021).
When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
