You will have a private rooftop of 15 m2 and a nice view of San Juan church. The most important attractions of the city are accessible on foot. You will also have a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars at your doorstep. Welcome to our duplex apartment in the center of Málaga. The apartment has two floors: the main living space is downstairs, and the rooftop terrace is upstairs. Large, soundproof windows and high ceilings provide plenty of natural light during the day. 🛋️ Downstairs – Living room with two large windows, balconies, a sofa, dining table, and a small Smart TV. One balcony has a small table, ideal for breakfast or dinner outside. – Bedroom with a 160x180 cm double bed, two bedside tables, a mirror, and a window facing San Juan Church. – Office area with a desk and a single sofa bed (the desk must be removed to use the bed). This space can be closed with a sliding door. – Kitchen with stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and cooking essentials. – Bathroom with shower and basic amenities. ☀️ Upstairs The private rooftop terrace includes a seating area, table, and deck chairs. Enjoy views of San Juan Church and the historic center. The apartment has air conditioning and WiFi. You will have the entire apartment and a private rooftop at your disposal. Make yourself at home. The location of an apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have a view of a square and the church of San Juan Bautista. You will also have the most important attractions of Malaga at your doorstep: - 1 minute on foot from the main street Calle Larios. - 6 minutes on foot from Malaga Cathedral. - About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Malaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-30 min. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas, is just 2 minutes on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment. - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. For the exterior door, you will need to use a physical key that we will provide upon your arrival. Additional services:
