Villa Solaire is a luxurious complex of two independent houses with 10 bedrooms ideal for large groups, with two private 35m2 swimming pools in Stavromenos Rethymno, offering a a stunning sea view ,endless calmness and azure imagery, capable of accommodating up to 22 people. Beautifully designed and lovingly furnished retreat induces guests to immerse themselves in a world of pure tranquillity.
Their total area is 320 m² (160 m² each house).
Two self-contained holiday houses with a total of 10 bedrooms await you, ideal for groups who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining some privacy.
Each villa lays out with a well designed living room adorned with modern furnishings and equipped with a large 50″ TV and air conditioning to ensure. Adjacent there are fully-equipped kitchens and a convenient WCs for guests’ use.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
